Room in Sunny Beautiful Flat in the Center

"**Available starting July 1st** Hi! I've been living in this apartment for over a year and I'm currently looking for a new roommate because my prior roommate has moved away for work reasons. The apartment was recently remodeled, is completely furnished, full of light, and even though it's in the very center of Madrid it's relatively quiet because it's on the corner of two pedestrian streets. The kitchen is fully equipped (except for a dishwasher), the living room is huge, it has six balconies (one of which would be in your bedroom). I'm originally from the states, but I've been living in Madrid for the past six years so I don't mind whether we speak English or Spanish in the flat.
