330€ - BRIGHT SINGLE-BED ROOM GREAT HOME PZA MAYOR

Hi! Pepe (my dog), Lorena and I are looking for a flatmate to enter in NOW. We are in the heart of Madrid (Pza Mayor), 5 min walk from Sol. It has a big living room with a large flat screen tv with cord to connect to laptop,  a bathroom and a kitchen. Internet & telephone. Also central heating (important in winter). The room has high ceilings, a large window, VERY bright and silent ( interior). It has a single bed, a 3 door wardrobe and a desk. The house is 90m2  very quiet and bright. We are looking for an easygoing and peaceful person that also loves dogs :).  Minimum stay until SEPTEMBER. We would be 3 in total in the flat.The price is 330€, plus expenses about 20-30€ a month (internet, telephone, electricity, water etc.) And 100€* deposit.
