2 rooms/living quarters: quiet L'Eixample area (June-Sept)

Hi all!

I'm looking to rent 2 rooms & the adjoining living space (sitting room & balcony) of our flat from the beginning/middle of June til September.

My best friend & I are currently living here, but unfortunately we're both moving back to Ireland for the summer. We're so sad to leave because this flat is amazing: high ceilings, modern decor, & only a 10 minute walk from Placa Catalunya.

The double room is €430 per month, and the single room is €400 per month. This price includes bills @ €50 per room per month, & we've never paid more than this.

The nearest metro stop is Hospital Clinic, or Urgell. If you're interested in moving in mid-June, then we can organize that you only pay half-rent for June. 

Our wonderful housemate, Pepe, is a musician who works out of home & is rarely here. His room & living space is over the other side of the flat, so only the two bathrooms, hallway & kitchen are shared. He'd ideally like to find two responsible friends to rent the space, or a working professional. It's important that you're clean & respectful. Also, the area is quiet & residential so it's perfect for someone looking for some homely peace & quiet. It's definitely not a party flat, so if you're lookng to tear it up in Barcelona for the summer, this is not the ideal place for you!
