One double room and one large single room in great location

We are looking 2 flat-mates. We are workers (one Spanish girl and one English), av. 30 yrs. Ideally someone for a year or so, but it’s possible only until Christmas. Smokers welcome. The rooms are internal, looking onto the internal staircase, so are quiet and not dark. Internet and bills are included in the price. The flat is really well located (a few streets along from passeig de Gracia and just down from Gran Via) 
Importantly we have a very beautiful cat called Mixu, so you have to be ok with animals!
