German speaking IT Helpdesk Support

Are you fluent in German and have experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support? 

A multinational technology BPO business is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support for full-time role in Barcelona center. 

Must have experience in ITSM ticket systems (ideally in ServiceNow), this is a Mon-Fri 8am-5pm job, salary 20k plus annual bonus.
