French and Dutch Speaking Cutomer Service Agents

Work for an important American bank that delivers a wide array of banking, lending and investment services to individual consumers, as well as to small businesses with up to $10 million in annual sales.

You will be in charge of:
* Providing administrative support or telephone banking services from Barcelona to customers in Europe for their information and transactional needs.
* Data base administration of the customers’ issues.
* Handling all customer requests and queries received by phone, email, and fax.
* Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations. 
* Show good communication skills, and provide excellent customer service responses.  The profile we are looking for 
•Qualifications
-French and Dutch bilingual
-Fluent in English

- experience in a bank is a plus
