Technical Support Advisor (Dutch)

The Company.

Our client is a Belgian BPO company with an office in Barcelona. For their partner, a worldwide solutions provider, we are currently recruiting a Dutch/ Flemish speaking Technical Support Advisor for the Dutch market.

The Job.

This position includes Technical Support with a mix of some Administrative tasks.
The main tasks include:
– Receiving incoming calls from existing clients and having client contact via email
– Advise clients (B2B) on the use of the pin of the devices
– Identify needs and problems and ensure excellent client support
– Maintain and develop strong relationship with small and big entrepreneurs

The Profile.

– You are a native Dutch speaker
– You have an interest or an affinity to IT
– You have experience in advising people on the phone
– You have good organizational and multi-tasking skills
– You have strong communication skills and have an outgoing personality
– You have good problem-solving capabilities
– You are ambitious, dynamic and reliable

The Offer.

– Salary of 1305 € gross/month + performance related bonus of up to 200 € net/month + free Spanish classes offered + benefit plan
– Rotation shifts: Monday – Saturday: 9 am- 6 pm
