SHIPMONEY is a Fin -tech company specializing in maritime payments industry. Shipmoney, a subsidiary of Global Technology Partners based in Tulsa Oklahoma, utilize pre-paid Visa/Mastercard to support payroll solutions for Maritime employers. Shipmoney currently provides payroll solutions for several cargo vessels as well as several cruise lines and concessionaires that service the cruising industry with more than 20,000 cardmembers. 
Crew Liaison Manager
Job duties
Crew liaison with the support of the Director and current Shipmoney team will work with key and new accounts in implementation, reporting, statistical analysis, expiry card procedures, inventory maintenance, new product development and introduction, daily maintenance of accounts as well as explore additional business opportunities from the client. 
He/she will do ongoing regular engagement with the ShipMoney team to provide necessary internal documents following internal processes and procedures.  There will be times that new procedures need to be developed and the candidate should be able to develop new strategies to improve the overall programs productivity 
He/she will also have regular calls with clients for maintenance and implementation purposes and will be expected to produce agendas, minutes and other relevant presentations. 
Candidate will be expected to travel worldwide on a variety of cruise ships to support implementations and deliver cards. This will entail excellent client facing customer service skills.  
Abilities / Requirements
•	Degree in Marketing, or Business, or account management is a plus.
•	Ability to establish and meet deadlines, change directions when necessary and manage multiple projects at once
•	Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
•	Accustomed to working in a fast-paced creative environment
•	Must be very good at MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word- 
o	Very good level of Excel including macros, advanced formulas, ect
or
o	Very good of Power Point including use of animations and ability to create interactive PDFs 
or
o	understand social media and be able to manage social media site including writing copy
•	Will be project focused and will work with outside vendors 
•	English Language ability at Native or Fluent
•	Additional European language at native or fluent level is a must: French or Portuguese 
•	Ability to travel on Cruise liners world-wide for up to 3 weeks a month.
