Customer Service Agents with Dutch

We are hiring customer care agents to cover the Dutch market of one the most important and exciting services of our client. Your main mission will be to achieve customer satisfaction.

The company is nearby the Beach, the Poble Nou District and well communicated with the city centre. You will work in accessible facilities; you can get there by tramway and underground. 

We are looking for an extremely efficient, proactive, problem solving and a team player individual to join our team.

Requires:
- Dutch native/bilingual level. 
- English or Spanish knowledge is desirable
- Customer service experience.
- Call center experience is a plus. 
- Soft skills.

We offer:
- A long-term contract (project based)
Possibility of internal promotion. 
- Full time: 39h per week. 
- Salary: 8,51€ gross/hour + monthly bonus.
