Telephone consultant with French

We are looking for French telephone agents to answer customer calls and resolve possible incidents arising from their orders. Your main mission will be to achieve maximum satisfaction with the service.

Your working day will be adapted to your time availability so you can combine your work and personal life (shifts available in morning and afternoon shifts). It is a stable position in which you can develop your professional career and get involved in the project from the beginning to the end.

In addition, you will work in easy access facilities that you can comfortably reach by public transport. The nearest metro station is Glòries (Barcelona).
