Great double bedroom to let in central location

Hi everyone - my spare room is available for short term let - anything from a few days up to 2 months. Central location near urgell metro and plenty of bus routes. Room  is bright and airy with juliet bacony, and you have your own shower room with toilet. Sharing with me (english teacher) and my girlfriend who is also English and works from home. All bills included as are linens - price is 550 per month. There are a lot of stairs with no lift unfortunately, but other than that its a perfect large flat and is ideal for sharing as you will have plenty of privacy.
