Single room in Gracia, Barcelona

We are looking for someone who speaks English to be able to exchange English-Spanish/Catalan, for our single room of 6.5m2 in a spacious and bright apartment, to share with 3 worker guys. The room has a single bed, a built-in closet and a drawer. It has a drawback and it is that you have to go through the room to go to the laundry (which at the same time is like a balcony in the room).
