We are both Teachers a guy and a girl (one Spanish and one English teacher) I am a qualified Spanish teacher with many years of experience teaching (5 years in Boston and Barcelona) I can prepare you for the DELE exam or just focus on learning Spanish conversation. 
We offer a Room and One on One Spanish classes (at half price) at home included in the price:
One months’ rent commitment + 10 hours of Spanish tutoring per month: 600€ (per month)
Two months’ rent commitment + 10 hours of Spanish tutoring per month: 550€ (per month)
Three months’ rent commitment + 10 hours of Spanish tutoring per month: 500€ (per month)
Any extra hours of Spanish tutoring available.
We offer a great price regarding location and flat characteristics and tutoring with tutoring and with all bills included!
One month deposit required. 
Room in the center of Barcelona, Eixample for a female. It is a spacious room with a single bed, desk, chair, a huge wardrobe and a window. Since the flat is located on the fifth floor (with a lift) there is light in the flat, as the building is located on a corner. The flat is equipped with two bathrooms, each containing a shower and one with a bath. This is a luxury in BCN no more queuing for the bathroom in the morning!
The area is great, elegant, clean and safe, full of nice shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes and clubs, right in the center of la Eixample in Barcelona. The Flat is equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, Wi-Fi , TV HDMI. 
There are some horror stories about flatmates that come to BCN! That is why we are looking for nice people with their social life outside the flat, for security and privacy reasons. We are looking for someone clean, nice and hopefully fun to live. We are musician, Photographers, Painters and certified teachers.
