SPANISH LESSONS FOR ENGLISH SPEAKERS

I am a Spanish teacher and I hold a degree in Translation Studies from The Autonomous University of Barcelona.

I can prepare my students for the official DELE exams as well as help them study for the prueba CCSE o prueba de conocimientos constitucionales y socioculturales de España. 

I spent part of my childhood in Chicago, USA, and therefore can understand and explain in detail the linguistic differences between the two languages from an academic and personal perspective, and since I am also a native Spanish speaker, I can perfectly understand how to effectively tackle and correct my student's mistakes. 

My lessons are essentially based on research conducted in the fields of cognitive psychology in the fields of language acquisition and learnability. Furthermore, throughout my experience as a private tutor, I have acquired a number of important skills in teaching foreign languages.

I focus on what the student needs within the four skills sets: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Additionally, I specialize in conversational Spanish.
