I rent a room in Hostafrancs neighborhood (5 mn. walking from Sants and Plaza España).
The flat is little (45m2) but sunny (4th floor) and cozy.
There are no central heating
I´m looking for a quiet(worker or student)cat lover person(there are 2 cats in the flat).
430€/month all included. Also i can rent it per weeks/days. No deposit required.
