I rent a room in Hostafrancs neighborhood (5 mn. walking from Sants and Plaza España.
The flat is little (45m2) but sunny (4th floor) and cozy.
I´m looking for a quiet worker/student and cat lover person(there are 2 cats in the flat). 430€/month all included.
