Your advice please!

Hello! I’m looking to become a TEFL teacher in Barcelona but am not sure where to start.
I have some voluntary experience, am a professional writer and am working through an online TEFL Certificate at the moment.
Do I have to become autonoma to get work? Will the CELTA make a big difference? Are you happy with your career choice? Thoughts and comments welcome!
