"we are two woman about 30 years old. We are looking for a roomate who speaks english and is at least 28 years old.it must be responsible, sociable person who want to learn about the spanish culture. The rent for the room is 500 euros and includes the price of the room, utilities (electricity, water, heat, adsl and weekly housekeeper) We ask for a deposit of 400 euros that is refundable at the end of the contract if there are no charges.The room is available from the first of february through the end of september, and can be rented by the month with a one month notice prior to leaving. The room is on the exterior with good light and views of the main streets. It has a new 1,05 meter wide bed and two built-in closets. The flat is on the sixth floor and has an elevator. The flat is 130 square metres and has been recently remodeled. we have views of street Santa engracia and street jose abascal. It is in a safe and well located area with a lot of business . We are two minutes from the metro (line 1 and 7) and bus stops. It takes 12 minutes to walk to IE.The common areas in the flat are comptely furnished.
