Student & Academic Dean

Working under the leadership of the Head, the Academic and Student Dean resposabilities includes supervising and evalutating the current curriculum materials and resources, coaching teachers, developing strategies to improve student performance, enforcing and implementing the school rules and policies of the student code of conduct to effect positive student behavior in the school. This process involves identifying students with tardy and attendance issues or disciplinary problems and addressing those issues with the Head to instill a climate in the school that is conducive to student learning emphasizing mutual respect and safety.
